INCREDIBLE WATERFALL’S PARADISE, NATURE AND ADVENTURE

Las Cavernitas Waterfalls is located in Río Claro de Golfito, in southern Costa Rica very close to the Panama border and the Golfo Dulce.
The land has an area of 30 hectares (74.13 acres), mostly covered with forest and crossed by the River Rio Claro and another secondary river of possible volcanic origin by the formation from the stones and small caverns, which gives the origin a total of 25 waterfalls and natural pools.

There are 2 established hiking trails, the first is approximately 1 km in length, bordering the shore of the river/ falls and the 2nd trail which is just over 2 km and it is immersed in the mountain. This place has a Tourist Declaration with the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) which is the government tourism department in the country, which strengthens its tourism potential.

Currently this beautiful property receives mostly national tourists who enjoy spending a family day after paying the entrance fee. However, this is the ideal place for an eco-lodge project with rustic cabins in nature contact, a possible restaurant, recreation areas, outdoor activities, sighting of flora and fauna species within the property and activities of adventure, taking advantage of the geography of the area and the beauties of the waterfalls. Here the possibilities are many.

INCREÍBLE PARAÍSO DE CATARATAS, NATURALEZA Y AVENTURA

Cataratas las Cavernitas está localizado en Río Claro de Golfito, al sur de Costa Rica, muy cerca de la frontera con Panamá y de Golfo Dulce.
El terreno tiene una extensión de 30 hectáreas, en su mayoría con cobertura boscosa, atravesada por el río Río Claro y otro río de posible origen volcánico, por la formación de sus piedras y pequeñas cavernas, que es el que da origen a un total de 25 cataratas y piscinas naturales.

Hay también 2 senderos establecidos, uno de aproximadamente 1 km de distancia, bordeando la orilla de las cataratas y otro de poco más de 2 km inmersos en la montaña. Este lugar cuenta con Declaratoria Turística con el Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT) que es el máximo expositor del turismo del país, lo que afianza su potencial turístico.

Actualmente el lugar recibe turistas mayormente nacionales que disfrutan de pasar un día en familia tras el pago de la entrada. Sin embargo, este es el lugar ideal para un proyecto de contacto con la naturaleza tipo eco-lodge con cabañas rústicas, un posible restaurante, áreas de recreo, actividades al aire libre, avistamiento de especies de flora y fauna dentro de la propiedad y actividades de aventura, aprovechando la geografía de la zona y las bellezas de las cataratas.
